Nice poker room with an open space. The staff wasextremely helpful, probably because when I chose to play (around 1 P.M. on Saturday in July) the place was nearly dead. There was a $1-$2 NL and I played $2-$5 NL.
Soft Competition Rating: 4.0
There were 3 sharks at the table with four otherfish when I sat down. The raises were up to $20-$25 pre-flop and a lot of these players would raise and go all in with medium pair and a rag kicker. Plenty would call behind. (Folded several times when I shouldn't have, darn!)
Room Condition Rating: 4.5
Very clean, cool and comfortable.
Aggressiveness Rating: 4.0
Raise and re-raise all-in was the name of the game. Thought I was playing darts not poker. A lot of these gays came to gamble not employ strategy. They would through away $500, buy back in and do it all over again. When these tourists come along, next time loosen up your game and don't let raises scare you if you have medium pair with a solid kicker there's a 65%chance you'll take it down.
Player Mix Rating: 2.5
One or two sharks with a lot of aggressive fish, but with bank rolls.
Dealer's Rating: 3.0
Overall very good except one of the younger dealers gotsnappy with someone at the table when they made an honest mistake. Thought the dealer handled the situation a little unprofessionally. One of the dealers was hard of hearing and one had to shout for him to hear.
Cocktail Service Rating: 3.5
Efficient, but slightly pushy. I didn't drink atall so I noticed a dirty look or two coming from my tables waitress as she walked by.
Management Rating: 4.0
Tough to say since it was so quiet, but the management Ispoke to were professional and friendly.
Comps Offered Rating: 3.0
I didn't have a Player's Card so I'm neutral on thisone.
