General Experience Playing Here: 3.5
The room is not in the best condition but the competition is weak and if you are patient and don’t get upset by numerous bad beats you can make some money. The staff is professional and friendly.
This is a room, you should probably give a try at least once, for the monetary opportunity it presents alone.
Competition Rating: 4
Aggressiveness Rating: 3.5
Player Mix: 4
Very weak players, although on any individual session that does not necessarily spell profits for the good player. Over time you can make money in this room, but we imagine it would be a roller coaster ride. You will get sucked out more often in a $1/$2 blind no limit game here than you will anywhere else in Vegas, but if you can avoid the lucky river hits you will make a lot of money, just remember that nothing beats luck in the short term.
Room Condition: 1
This room is very outdated, but so is the whole casino. The tables are worn (but they are very large) and the seats are not comfortable. There are 2 big TVs in the room, but not easily seen. The room is also very cramped.
Dealer Rating: 3.5
The dealers were very friendly and talked to everyone. The dealers also did a good job of controlling the games with very few mistakes.
Cocktail Service: 4.5
The cocktail service was fast-although it should be since there is a bar right in the room and the waitresses were friendly and good looking.
Management Rating: 3.5
There was only one manager on duty but he was very professional and friendly.
Comps: 4.5
Probably the best comps in Vegas, but they have gone down since Harrahs bought the Imperial Palace. Comps are now $2/hr, they used to be $3/hr and they used to have free sandwiches and cookies available for players. We were told that they would be bringing back the cookies shortly but probably not the sandwiches.
